Description: Number of bytes received at the far end on his DLCI above CIR. These frames will have the Discard Eligible (DE) bit set.

What is dRERperDLCI?

This counts bytes received at the far end on this DLCI above CIR, marked with a set Discard Eligible bit, mirroring fRERperDLCI at the byte level. A high count means a larger share of the near end's transmitted data is running outside the committed rate and vulnerable to being dropped under congestion.
