What is dRCRperDLCI?

This counts bytes received at the far end on this DLCI, reported back via OA&M, for frames carrying a cleared Discard Eligible bit. It's the byte-level counterpart to fRCRperDLCI, reflecting how much of the near end's transmitted data the remote side received without being marked discard-eligible.
