What is diffPolicyDPCDescr?
This object holds a human-readable, UTF-8-capable label describing a specific per-hop-behavior policy entry in the table. It lets an admin identify what a given policy row is for without having to decode its numeric diffPolicyDPCId. For example, an admin might set diffPolicyDPCDescr to "VoIP-EF-queue" to mark the entry used for expedited-forwarding voice traffic.
