What is diffServTBMeterBurstSize?
Sets the maximum burst size in bytes that the token-bucket meter allows in a single transmission burst above the sustained rate. The measurement interval for that burst can be derived as burstSize*8*1000/rate, so this value controls how bursty traffic can be before being marked non-conforming.
