What is diffServMeterStatus?
This object is a RowStatus variable (active, notInService, createAndWait, destroy) that controls whether a DiffServ meter is enabled, disabled, or pending deletion. The meter measures traffic rates for differentiated services QoS policies. An operator would set this to 'createAndWait' while configuring a new meter with its parameters (rate, burst), then set to 'active' to enable it and begin traffic measurement.
