Description: The DSCP that this Action uses for marking/remarking traffic. Note that a DSCP value of -1 is not permitted in this table. It is quite possible that the only packets subject to this Action are already marked with this DSCP. Note also that Diffserv may result in packet remarking both on ingress to a network and on egress from it and it is quite possible that ingress and egress would occur in the same router.
What is diffServDscpMarkActDscp?
This read-only object specifies which DSCP (Differentiated Services Code Point) value this marking action applies to packets; it defines the output DSCP for a remarking policy. An operator inspects this to understand the QoS traffic classification and identify which DSCP-marked flows are subject to a particular marking action or policy rule.
