If a configuring system attempts to create a new row in the diffServActionTable using this value, that operation will fail if the value has, in the meantime, been used to create another row that is currently valid.
What is diffServActionNextFree?
Reading this object returns a currently-unused ID for creating a new row in the action table, sparing the management station from scanning existing action IDs for a free one.
