Description: If the server has a persistent state (e.g., a process), this value will be the seconds elapsed since it started. For software without persistant state, this value will be zero.
What is dhcpServSystemUpTime?
Seconds elapsed since the DHCP server process started, or zero if the software has no persistent state to track. A sysadmin uses this to spot an unexpected recent restart, e.g. an uptime of only 40 seconds pointing to a crash-and-restart cycle.
