Description: This indicates the global state of the VLAN trunking feature of the device.
What is swL2DevCtrlVLANTrunkState?
Globally enables or disables the VLAN trunking feature, which lets a port forward traffic for VLANs it hasn't been explicitly configured as a member of. An admin enables this on an uplink port connecting to another switch so newly added VLANs don't need to be manually added to every trunk along the path.
