What is swL2PortAutoNegInfoCapabilityBits?
A bitmask (IANAifMauAutoNegCapBits) reporting the full set of speed/duplex capabilities the port's local hardware supports, which may extend beyond what this MIB's bit definitions cover (indicated by the bOther bit). Admins compare this against swL2PortAutoNegInfoCapAdvertisedBits to see whether the port is advertising its full capability or something more restricted.
