What is swMSTPStpHelloTime?
This OID sets how often, in hundredths of a second, this bridge sends spanning tree BPDU hello messages while running in RSTP or STP mode (it can only be read or written in those modes, not MSTP). Shortening it makes topology-change detection faster at the cost of more control traffic.
