What is swL3IpCtrlIpv6LinkLocalAutoState?
Controls whether this interface automatically generates its IPv6 link-local address: enabled(2) for automatic generation, disabled(3) to turn it off, or other(1) for an unspecified/transitional state. Disable this only if you need to assign the link-local address by some other means, since most deployments leave automatic generation on.
