Description: This is the task ID assigned by VxWorks to a task in the system. A taskId of zero specifies a new task.

What is taskId?

This is the VxWorks-assigned task ID for one row of the target's task table; a taskId of zero is used to signal creation of a new task when writing an entry. Admins use this ID to identify a specific running task, for example before setting taskStatus to suspend or delete it.
