Description: This is the secondary timing interface clock

bits1 - Valid when the timing mode is EXT. bits2 - Valid when the timing mode is EXT. iosc - Internal Oscillator (valid when the timing mode is LINE.

What is systimeSecClkSrcId?

This identifies the secondary timing interface clock source, using the same bits1/bits2/iosc values as systimePriClkSrcId. Admins set this to designate the backup clock feed the chassis falls back to if the primary source fails validation.
