Description: Primary Clock Source Normal Validation Time. This is the amount of time required to validate the primary clock source when not in the holdover state. Default is 3 seconds.

What is systimePriCSNVTime?

This sets, in seconds (1-30, default 3), how long it takes to validate the primary clock source when the system is not in holdover state. Admins might raise this on a noisy timing feed that needs longer to stabilize before being trusted.
