Description: This generates an alarm when the clock reference used changes from either the primary or the secondary. Default is Enable.

What is systimeCREventEnable?

This enables (default) or disables raising an alarm whenever the active clock reference changes between primary and secondary. Admins disable this only if they want to suppress alerts for expected, routine clock-source switching.
