Description: This determines whether the NMS can receive traps or not

What is deviceNMSAccessType?

This flags whether the corresponding NMS entry has trap delivery enabled (accessTypeTrapEnabled) or disabled (accessTypeTrapDisabled). Admins toggle this per management station to control which NMS servers actually receive traps versus just polling access.
