What is chassisAutoConfig?

This TruthValue flag controls whether the Coriolis chassis configures itself automatically at startup rather than requiring manual setup. An admin sets it to false to force manual configuration on a chassis that shouldn't self-provision, for example when staging a spare unit before deployment.
