Description: This is the interval (in seconds) after which a learnt router port entry will be purged.
For each router port learnt, a 'RouterPortPurgeTimer' runs for 'RouterPortPurgeInterval'.
This timer will be restarted whenever a router control message is received over that port. If no router control mssages are received for 'RouterPortPurgeInterval' time, the learnt router port entry will be purged
What is igsRouterPortPurgeInterval?
This sets, in seconds (1 to 600, default 125), how long the switch waits without seeing a router control message on a learned router port before purging that port from its router-port list. Lowering it makes the switch react faster to a multicast router disappearing, at the cost of more frequent relearning if control messages are occasionally delayed.
