What is commTrapSNMPTPLinkUpDown?
This enables or disables link-up/link-down traps for the switch's twisted-pair (copper) ports. Turning it on lets you get near-instant notification in your NMS whenever a copper port's cable is unplugged or a connected device goes offline.
