Description: If that bit has a value of '1' the outgoing frame on the egress port is untagged. If that bit has a value of '0' the outgoing frame on the egress port is tagged.
What is tvlanUntaggedPorts?
This is a bitmap marking which member ports of the VLAN send/receive frames untagged ('1') versus tagged ('0') on egress. An admin clears the bit for uplink/trunk ports (so they stay tagged) and sets it for access ports connected to end devices that expect untagged frames.
