Description: The port's speed desired state.
What is configPortSpeed?
This sets the desired speed/duplex for a switch port: disable(1), auto(2), 10M-half(3), 10M-full(4), 100M-half(5), or 100M-full(6). An admin sets a fixed speed here to work around auto-negotiation mismatches with an older connected device.
