What is commTrapTrapAbnormalTPRXError?
This enables(1) or disables(2) sending a trap when a twisted-pair port sees an abnormal receive error condition. An admin turns this on to be alerted to copper-port receive faults, such as a damaged cable or bad connector, without having to poll error counters.
