What is commTrapTrapAbnormalFiberTXError?
This enables(1) or disables(2) sending a trap when a fiber port sees an abnormal transmit error condition. It is the fiber-side counterpart to the twisted-pair transmit-error trap, used to flag failing optical transmitters.
