What is commTrapSNMPTPLinkUpDown?
This enables(1) or disables(2) whether this trap-community entry sends a trap when a twisted-pair (copper) port transitions up or down. Enabling it lets an admin get near-real-time notification when a copper Ethernet cable is unplugged or a link comes back.
