What is hubHistoryControlInterval?
This is the sampling interval, in seconds (1-3600), over which data is collected for each bucket in this history-control entry, e.g. 30 seconds for the fast-poll entry or 1800 for the slow-poll entry. Admins use it together with hubHistoryControlBuckets to calculate the total time span of retained history.
