What is hubHistoryControlBuckets?
This is the number of sampling intervals' worth of data that will be retained in hubEtherHistoryTable for this history-control entry, for example 25 buckets in the MIB's own sample table. Admins use this to know how far back in time (buckets times interval) they can look for a given port's historical stats.
