Description: The number of Hello intervals without bad Hellos that the bridge will wait before it resets its bad Hello count to zero.
What is ebrBadHelloResetTimer?
Sets how many consecutive Hello intervals without any bad Hellos must pass before the bridge resets its bad-Hello counter back to zero. This determines how quickly a previously flaky link is treated as healthy again.
