Description: When set, this parameter resets the data encryption statistics for a given channel.
What is deCtrlEncryptionChannel?
This write-only control resets the data-encryption statistics for one specific channel, identified by the table's channel-number index, when set to resetStatistics(1). An admin uses this to clear a single problematic channel's counters, such as corrupted packets, without disturbing the statistics being tracked for other channels. For example, after resolving a cabling issue that had been causing corrupted packets on channel 7, an admin sets this control on that channel's row to resetStatistics(1) to start counting fresh.
