Description: This is set to TRUE to enable deterministic MULTI-EXIT-DESC processing. If set to FALSE, the selection of routes by the BGP decision process is non-deterministic, because of the rules for comparing MULTI-EXIT-DESC values, and this can lead to flapping of routes. Setting this value to TRUE modifies the route selection procedure so that the BGP decision process is deterministic. This field can only be changed when the Admin Status is down.
