Description: An address prefix in the Network Layer Reachability Information field.
The prefix length is specified by bgpNlriPrefixPrfxLen. Any bits beyond the length specified by bgpNlriPrefixPrfxLen are zeroed.
This field contains the full line format BGP NLRI omitting any NLRI length field.
For SAFI 128 the NLRI includes the MPLS label and Route Distinguisher as well as the IPv4 or IPv6 address prefix.
