What is alarm1mask?

Bit mask choosing which conditions drive alarm output 1; several can be combined by adding their values (0 selects none). Values are powers of two from 1 (voltage low) up to 16777216 (SD card), covering voltage low, voltage high, temperature low, temperature limits 1 to 3, humidity low, humidity high, filter pressure 1 and 2, fan 1 and 2, the five temperature sensors, digital inputs 1 to 3, filter inputs 1 and 2, network, internal storage and SD card. For example 12 would select temperature low and temperature limit 1.
