What is vmfcInRegInfoRequest?

This read-write value is a 3-bit bitmap where each set bit tells the Incoming MFC register to request a specific piece of information: bit 1 for caller category, bit 2 for calling ID, and bit 3 for charging category. An admin configures it to control exactly which additional signaling exchanges the incoming register performs during call setup, since requesting unneeded information adds unnecessary signaling overhead. For example, setting bits 1 and 2 (value 3) would request both caller category and calling ID but not charging category, instead of the default value of 0 which requests none of them.
