What is snalcCrossConnectSrcOperStatus?
Reports the live connection-establishment state of the source-side link, cycling through states like notConnected, connecting, waitXid, associated, and data as the cross-connection comes up, plus a failed state if the process breaks down. An admin watches this alongside the destination-side status to diagnose exactly where in the handshake a cross-connection is stuck, e.g. stuck at waitXid means the source is waiting on an incoming SNA XID frame.
