Description: Control which allows the cross- connections to be established or disconnected. The order in which links are established is determined by object snalcCrossConnectConnectMethod.
Options: up (1): Causes SNA Link Conversion to activate the cross-connection by establishing the source and destination links.
down (2): Causes SNA Link Conversion to de-activate the cross-connection by disconnecting the source and destination links.

What is snalcCrossConnectAdminStatus?
The administrative on/off switch for a cross-connection: setting it to up (1) tells SNA Link Conversion to establish both the source and destination links, and down (2, the default) disconnects them. An admin toggles this from up to down and back to up to force a stuck cross-connection (e.g. one stuck in the failed state) to re-establish.
