In data transfer mode, the value of this object should be:
128 + 8 + 4 = 140
The SAP is 'offLine' if it is not configured at the layer (i.e. just added to the configuration).
What is llcLanSapState?
This value is a bit-mapped status field reporting the current operational state of the LLC-2 LAN SAP, with individual bits indicating conditions like offline, unbound, bound, connected to LAPBD, and bound to the LAN driver. Admins decode this value to diagnose exactly where in the bind/connect sequence a SAP currently sits, since a fully operational SAP in data transfer mode reports the combined value 140 (128+8+4). For example, a value of 1 would indicate the SAP is offline and not yet configured at the LAN layer.
