What is cxFsBackGroundCleanup?

This object enables or disables a continuous background process that reclaims file server resources no longer in use, defaulting to enabled. Admins disable this if they want file server resources to stay allocated to their original activity rather than being automatically freed and reused, relying instead on the related cxFsCleanupOnce object for on-demand cleanup. For example, an admin troubleshooting a storage issue might disable this temporarily to see which resources remain allocated without automatic reclamation interfering.
