What is cxFltIpxParameter?

This value defines what the router does with IPX traffic matching this filter rule's source and destination addresses, choosing between discarding it entirely, forwarding it normally, or forwarding it with a low or high priority marking. An admin sets this to build access control or QoS-style policies for IPX traffic between specific network segments. For example, setting this to discard(1) for a rule matching traffic between two specific IPX networks would block all data flowing between them, while priority-high(4) would forward matching traffic with elevated priority handling.
