What is cxDialBackupPollingTimer?
This sets, in seconds, how long the Frame Relay software waits before polling and terminating dial-backup connections once the primary link's route partners become active again. Admins configure it to control how quickly the dial-backup connection is torn down after the primary link recovers, avoiding unnecessary dial charges. With the default of 0 seconds, the router terminates dial-backup connections essentially immediately once the primary Frame Relay path is confirmed active again.
