What is cxCfgDot1dBasePortRowStatus?

This read-write enumerated integer controls whether this STP base port table row's configuration is active, with valid(2) meaning enabled and invalid(1) meaning flagged for deletion. Admins use it to remove a port entry from the table administratively: setting it to invalid(1) marks the row for deletion, which takes effect only after the next device reset. For example, to retire a decommissioned port's STP configuration, an admin would set cxCfgDot1dBasePortRowStatus to invalid(1) and then reset the device to have the row purged from the table.
