What is cxCfgDot1dBasePortPriority?

This read-write enumerated integer determines whether data received on this STP bridge port is discarded or forwarded, and if forwarded, at what priority level. Admins use it to control both basic frame filtering and, on Frame Relay links, to prioritize forwarded traffic as low or high priority relative to other ports. For instance, an admin could set this to priority-high(4) on a port carrying latency-sensitive Frame Relay traffic so it is forwarded ahead of lower-priority ports.
