Description: Add a channel to the channel list used by this Inverse Multiplexer group. Before a channel is added, the channel must be assigned a MIB II ifindex, and an acceptable Datalink Protocol. When this object is set, it is set with the ifindex value. This object is always read as a 1.
What is ctWanMMuxGroupAddChannel?
Setting this read-write INTEGER to a channel's MIB-II ifIndex value adds that channel to the list used by an inverse multiplexer group, provided the channel already has an assigned ifIndex and an acceptable datalink protocol; the object always reads back as 1. Admins use it to build up a bonded WAN group one physical DS1/E1 line at a time before enabling the group. Writing ctWanMMuxGroupAddChannel with the ifIndex of a newly configured DS1 line adds that line as a member of the target inverse-multiplexer group.
