What is vlanNameIndex?
Is the secondary index component that, combined with vlanNameNHash, uniquely identifies a row in the VlanName table -- one row exists per configured SFVlan instance. It's a read-only key value used to distinguish rows sharing the same hash bucket, not something an admin configures.
