This is the hash-derived index value that uniquely identifies one row in the sfpsRAFacilityTable, the table tracking individual instances of the redundant access (RA) facility within Cabletron's SFPS switch. An admin correlates this index across the table's other columns to identify which redundant access (RA) facility instance a given status or control value belongs to.
