What is sfpsInPortStatsQOverflows?
This read-only Counter tracks how many times the inbound queue on this switch port has overflowed. A steadily climbing value indicates the port's queue (sized per sfpsInPortConfigQSize) is repeatedly too small for the traffic arriving, causing packet loss.
