What is sfpsInPortStatsPkts?
This read-only Counter tracks the total number of SFPS packets received on this inbound switch port during the period covered by sfpsInPortStatsOperTime. An operator watches this counter to confirm traffic is actually arriving on a port that's supposed to be carrying load.
