This read-only object reports the current operating condition of SFPS on an inbound switch port: other, disabled, enabled, pending-disable, pending-enable, invalid-config, or testing. An admin polls this after changing sfpsInPortConfigAdminStatus to confirm the port actually came up, or to catch an invalid-config state that means the requested configuration couldn't take effect.
