Description: The BinderyAPI is a flat MIB that can be used to enable/disable Bindery components, and to save the enable/disable info into Nvram. The next reboot/reset, each SFPSElement will check the NvramStatus and not start if disabled.
What is sfpsAgentBinderyAPIVerb?
This read-write object selects the action to perform against the bindery component named in sfpsAgentBinderyAPIElementName, choosing from verbs like getStatus, disable, enable, or their NVRAM-persisting variants, and clear or clearAll. This flat API table lets an admin control individual bindery elements by name via SNMP set operations instead of walking the indexed config table, and the NVRAM-flavored verbs ensure the setting survives a reboot. Setting this to disableInNvram after setting sfpsAgentBinderyAPIElementName to "PortMirror" would permanently disable that element starting from the next switch restart.
