What is monLfapBytesReceived?

Total bytes the CCE has received from the flow policy server(s) across all LFAP messages combined, the inbound counterpart to monLfapBytesSent. Comparing the two shows whether the LFAP conversation is roughly symmetric or heavily one-sided.
