What is monLfapARAsReceived?
Counts LFAP ARA acknowledgement messages the CCE has received back from the server, confirming the accounting requests it sent via monLfapARsSent were processed. A shortfall here relative to ARsSent suggests accounting data may not be reaching the server reliably.
